Trial Practice

Campbell, Wagner and Frazier, LLC takes pride in the fact that its members are recognized experts in trial practice. Colin Campbell has served as a founder, organizer and faculty member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association Trial Academy, and Clifton Latiolais has served on the faculty at advocacy seminars sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Both have been members of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates during their careers, and maintain AV Preeminent peer review ratings with Martindale-Hubbell. Rebecca Wagner, also a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, has been selected by Colorado Super Lawyers for the last three and four years, respectively, as “Rising Stars” – an honor bestowed only upon the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in this jurisdiction. Ms. Wagner, as part of her litigation practice, regularly conducts seminars for clients in the areas of insurance bad faith and catastrophic injury litigation. The attorneys have litigated in excess of 200 jury and bench trials involving general liability defense, bad faith, construction litigation and many other areas of law.

The Firm has been asked to prepare amicus briefs on behalf of the Defense bar and insurers on numerous appellate issues, including the “Four Corners” doctrine as it relates to coverage and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, and has been actively involved in the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association’s various activities and presentations.
